Snowed In

We’re starting the day snowed in where we parked last night.

A Recap From Yesterday

In the previous video, I talked about the delays associated with getting this load in Redlands, California that we’re taking to Loveland, Colorado.

The day started out nice enough, but when we crossed the Nevada state line at Primm, we were dealing with a sandstorm, and by the time we got to the Pilot truck stop in St George, Utah, it was sleeting.

Not long after that we ran into progressively worsening wind and snow, which quickly turned into blizzard conditions, causing us to stop well short of my goal of reaching the Pilot truck stop at Richfield, Utah.

The Journey Continues

We’ll continue the journey to see if we can make it the rest of the way to Loveland, Colorado to make our delivery.

Better Safe Than Sorry!

It’s a good thing I decided to not drive over the mountain passes last night; the load will be late, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

The weather cleared up and we’ll have a much nicer drive today.
