California Sunshine to a Utah Snowstorm

After more than a week at home, we’re back on the road and we’ll be going from California sunshine to a Utah snowstorm!
Yesterday, we deadheaded from Las Vegas to Riverside, California to hook a loaded trailer that was supposed to be ready to hook by 8 pm; it wasn’t ready until well after midnight!
As a result, we’re getting a late start today. This load is going to Loveland, Colorado and is supposed to be there by tomorrow night.

We start the day with the truck buried in snow; in part, thanks to the plows.
We’re snowed in, but we can’t call out; truckers still have to move that freight.
