You just never know what you’re going to see, or hear, when you’re an over-the-road truck driver!
In August 2014, I encountered truck driver Phil Puls in Lordsburg, New Mexico.
After a long day of driving, Phil likes to unwind by walking around truck stop parking areas while playing his bagpipes; truly a unique hobby among truck drivers.
For some odd reason, I like bagpipe music. But, as you’ll see, Trucker Kitty doesn’t share my appreciation of this musical instrument.
Phil Puls of Dandridge, Tennessee, is the bagpipe playing trucker. I invited him to sit down with me in the truck stop’s restaurant so I could interview him about his unique interest.
