Unexpected Cold
There were some unexpected cold temperatures during the drive in northern California last night as well as this morning in southern Oregon.
No Room at the Inn!
There was no parking at the Pilot Travel Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon last night so we had to push on another 25 miles to the Crater Lake Junction Travel Center near Chiloquin, Oregon.
Scenery to Die For
We’ve got a very pretty drive north through eastern Oregon, and I captured a lot of the best parts to share in today’s video.
We’ll start by driving through the Winema National Forest on the way to the Pilot Travel Center at Chemult; and then we’ll drive through the Deschutes National Forest on the way to Bend.
Mountain Views
Once we get past Bend, the trees will start thinning out and we’ll start seeing the distant mountain peaks like Mount Jefferson and Mount Hood.

Door Hinge Troubles
We’ll make our delivery in Spokane Valley and then make our way back to the Petro Travel Center west of Spokane to shut down for the day.
