Yesterday we hooked this very heavy load of kitty litter in Spring Hill, Kansas bound for Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
It was a very long day and we only made it as far as the TA TravelCenter in Concordia, Missouri before shutting down for the night.
Today we’re continuing on with a target of the TA TravelCenter in Brazil, Indiana. I didn’t expect to run into a bunch of delays, however.
First there was a construction delay, then there were multiple car accidents near St. Charles, Missouri. And then there was a major construction delay once we crossed into Illinois!
Altogether, we lost 1-2 hours due to delays today.
